Monthly Diabetes Support Group

Do you have type 2 diabetes and want support in managing it?  Are you recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and want to know where to start?  You're in luck!  Come to a support group every first Tuesday at 5PM at the Durham County Human Services Building, 2nd Floor.  All meetings are FREE and open to the public.  Family members and friends are also encouraged to attend.  Topics of discussion include, but are not limited to:  meal-planning, foot care, chronic pain, medications, supplies, stress relievers, blood sugar monitoring, and exercise methods.
